All payments made on the Platform are subject to the Refund Policy, as published on the Platform and updated from time to time.
The Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and shall be read in conjunction with them.
By proceeding with any payment, you acknowledge that refunds, if any, are governed solely by the Refund Policy, including cases of failed or incomplete Identity Verification (IDV).
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy, the terms of the Refund Policy shall prevail.
